Our founder, Vince, grew up watching his grandparents hand-toss dough and slow-simmer signature sauces in a bustling family kitchen. He learned early on that great food isn’t just about ingredients—it is about the love, patience, and tradition poured into every dish.

Driven to share these timeless flavors, Vince opened our doors at 10330 Metcalf Ave in Overland Park. He built our signature brick oven with his own hands, determined to bring the perfect smoky crunch of old-school pizza to the neighborhood. Over the last four decades, the restaurant has truly become a family affair. Vince's children grew up behind the counter, learning the craft of perfect calzones and classic pastas, and today, a second generation helps keep the fire burning.
